Yes. Each week you pick dishes from the released menu, and you can pause or move a day before the cutoff the day before. A paused day stays yours: move it later, or let it go to the end of your plan.
You pay a per-tiffin rate times the number of tiffins in your plan. The rate drops as the plan grows, and longer plans earn a discount. The pricing page has the full table.
